1. Use of the website

By accessing or using www.epicpulseanalytics.com you agree to be bound by these terms. You may use this website for lawful purposes only — to learn about our solar products, request a quote, or contact our team.

2. Services & quotations

All quotations shared via WhatsApp, email or in person are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed only after a physical site survey and signed work order. Prices, subsidies and warranties are subject to government policies and manufacturer terms in effect at the time of installation.

3. Warranties

• Solar panel performance warranty up to 25 years (per manufacturer).
• Inverter warranty 5–10 years depending on brand and model.
• Battery warranty 3–5 years depending on type.
• Workmanship warranty 1 year from the date of commissioning.

4. Payments & cancellations

Advance payment confirms your project booking. Cancellations before procurement may be eligible for a partial refund after deduction of design and survey charges. Once equipment is procured or installation has begun, cancellation is not possible.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including the Epic Pulse Analytics logo, text, images and design — is the property of Epic Pulse Analytics Private Limited and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

Epic Pulse Analytics is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from government policy changes, force majeure events, grid outages, or third-party equipment failures beyond manufacturer warranty.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Muzaffarpur, Bihar.
